The Gifts Around Our Dinner Table

Last Tuesday evening, Richard Magid invited one of our Collaborative Advisory Boards to his home for dinner as part of their 2-day retreat. Tuesday was a highly impactful day focusing around each individual's values and passions and Wednesday promised to be just as strenuous concentrating on each individual's strengths. Sitting around the dinner table - prepared by Chef Josh, an upcoming graduate from the Culinary Institute, Richard posed the question:
The clang of silverware stopped, time froze as we all looked around at each other. But after a few uncomfortable moments the conversation picked up as we shared the impact and talents of one another and didn't stop until well after dessert and on into bed time. So, what gifts are around your table?
