Leadership Peer Advisory Groups
Two options of Leadership Learning are offered to suit the needs of all business leaders. Participants reap the benefits of a long term relationship with both the SoundBoard team, community and their fellow peers by participating in one of SoundBoard's business advisory boards.
Collaborative Leadership Advancement Programs are professional peer group learning where business owners, managers, high potentials (anyone in a leadership position) come together to enhance their leadership skills in a dynamic learning environment that fosters collaboration and sharing of experiences. This curriculum based program is designed for those who understand that becoming a better leader can only be done through continuous growing, learning and practicing. These groups meet monthly for two and half hours.

Comprehensive Leadership Advisory Groups are designed to support owners/chief executives of growing entrepreneurial minded organizations. The program combines confidential and dynamic collaborative environments with one on one leadership coaching and educational development sessions. The journey to build a successful organization can be very lonely. Being surrounded by a group of like-minded peers on the same road to success will guarantee maximum value for your business and make the journey to get there a lot less challenging. These groups meet quarterly for a day and a half collaborations; along with in-between dinners to deepen relationships and reinforce accountability, update conference calls and multi-day strategic planning sessions.
