Michael Rosone

Michael joined SoundBoard in 2005 after 20 years in the construction/service industry; having been a Partner/COO at a major HVAC corporation. His experience and expertise in working with organizations that have "field" personnel has proven invaluable to our clientele. A trained Business Coach and Certified in Essential Facilitation, Michael brings a passion for helping owners and managers of technically led companies develop the skills and competencies to be more effective leaders. His strengths lie in helping organizations improve their operations, processes, accountability and communication skills.

In Michael's words:

"I embrace the perspective that life is a journey and that the future will be the manifestation of our thoughts and actions from today going forward. This has led me to pursue my passion of helping others realize their full potential and more importantly celebrate it!

My ability to bring together the worlds of business, personal development and spirituality offer clients a rare opportunity to affect their life/work perspective in an inspiring way.

I joined the SoundBoard team in 2005 after being a client for over three years. Prior to SoundBoard I was an owner and COO of one of the largest commercial and industrial HVAC companies in New Jersey for over 17 years. It was during that time and through my own self-reflection and personal growth did I find that my greatest moments of success, happiness and fulfillment came when I had the opportunity to support the growth of others (whether it was my own team or through association groups, non-profit organizations or Boards that I was affiliated with). It was through that experience that I decided to leverage my strong business acumen with my passion and skills around supporting the growth of others and joined SoundBoard.

I believe my best work is done with individuals and groups who want to be challenged and motivated and who are open to looking deep within them as a way of accelerating their growth and development and thus the growth of their organization.

As part of the SoundBoard team I am blessed to work with a group of talented passionate individuals who are committed to helping our clients become stronger, more effective leaders through the disciplines of collaborative leadership. It is also very rewarding to have clients who are lifelong learners and embrace that it is never too late for them or their organizations to be what they might have been."
