Lauren Canning
Lauren spent 17 years in the Corporate Real Estate/Relocation industry managing domestic and international moves for executives. She embraces the power of customer service and brings that core value to SoundBoard since joining in 2003. Lauren is Certified in Essential Facilitation and has vast knowledge in implementing social media campaigns in small to medium sized businesses. Her strengths and passions lie in understanding new media and the power that internet marketing can play in business today.
In Lauren's words:
"Having worked in several different service industries for approximately 20 years prior to joining the SoundBoard Team I gained many valuable experiences in business process and client service. It was not until coming to SoundBoard did I understand the importance of combining and aligning all of those experiences with my values and personal goals.
If asked what I enjoy most about being a part of the SoundBoard Team, I would have to say it is twofold: first it is having the opportunity to meet so many entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders who constantly challenge themselves to grow and be better. Second is the consistent encouragement and support to learn something new and to reach a higher personal potential.
I must say that I am blessed to interact daily with people who are so passionate about what they do. I enjoy learning about their businesses and getting to know them personally. I find great satisfaction in assisting them in reaching their goals and achieving success. I am inspired by the collaborative environment where business leaders come together to discuss challenges, set goals & share best practices.
As Director of Marketing, my primary role is to shout our message to the marketplace: WE BRING COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP INTO ORGANIZATIONS LEADING TO GREATER PRODUCTIVY AND BETTER BOTTOM LINE RESULTS. However my greatest satisfaction comes not from the “job” I do daily but from the community of clients, friends, associates and partners that we have built and continue to build here at SoundBoard."
