The SoundBoard Story

After successfully exiting two entrepreneurial ventures in two vastly different fields, Richard Magid uncovered his passion: working with business owners to help them achieve greater success. With this inspiration, he founded SoundBoard in 2000 and set the company's roots in collaborative mastermind groups and business coaching. The early years shaped SoundBoard to becoming a trusted ally for business leaders by creating a safe environment for them to share, learn, grow and support one another.

In time, clients began expressing a desire to implement similar offerings within their respective organizations. As this demand grew, SoundBoard made the transition to working inside our clients' companies through coaching, consulting and facilitation services. In 2006, we put a stake in the ground as a boutique consulting firm focusing on leadership development and working with leaders to clarify their vision and translate that vision into action.

Our team members come from backgrounds emphasizing the entrepreneurial spirit and team unity that has been the base of our success for 10+ years. The next decade will be a strong one for us at SoundBoard as we continue to expand our team and move toward our vision of supporting leaders in all aspects of their journey.
